Great photography is one of the best ways to entice people to buy your home. With today’s technology, we are able to take photos that allow a potential buyer to feel as if they are in the home, without actually having to travel there.

Here are 3 tips and tools I use to create enticing home listings:

  1. Professional photographer for quality photos.
Using a professional photographer is one of the most important tips I can give. Quality photos can make all the difference when selling your home. It may cost a bit more to hire a professional, but it usually pays off in the long run. If you are looking for recommendations for a photographer, I am happy to recommend a few.
  2. 360-degree imagery is great for out of town buyers.
Many of our homes listed online feature a 360-degree view in each room. This is ideal for people looking to relocate from out of town – they are able to have a virtual tour from anywhere in the world.
  3. Create a floor plan of the home.
Images are great for seeing the style of the home, but having a clear layout can make a huge difference for a potential buyer. This eliminates any layout questions the buyer may have from viewing the photos.
